In early May, the traditional Classic Motorshow 2026 took place in Lahti, Finland, bringing together thousands of vintage vehicle and car enthusiasts, along with over 400 classic vehicles. The event is one of the most well-known classic vehicle exhibitions in the Nordic region, offering a wealth of experiences each year for both hobbyists and industry professionals alike.
Benefit AS was represented at the event by Peeter N. Sarevet, who met with several of our past and current clients, exchanging thoughts on car culture and classic vehicles. Peeter participated in the event with his own hobby car, a 1982 Mercedes-Benz 500 SL, which also garnered significant attention.
It was particularly pleasing to see that the car hobby remains alive and well in Finland, and that classic vehicles bring together people from very diverse backgrounds and age groups. The weather also favored the event—sunny spring days created a wonderful atmosphere and made the weekend a truly memorable experience.
