In 2015, our workshop had the rare privilege of hosting a true aristocrat of the classic car world - a 1971 Bentley Corniche.
Unveiled in 1971 as the ultimate expression of handcrafted British luxury, the Corniche was built on the foundation of the Silver Shadow / T-series platform, with bespoke coachwork hand-assembled by Rolls-Royce's legendary division, Mulliner Park Ward. Powered by the smooth 6.75l V8 engine, it offered effortless grand touring capability wrapped in timeless elegance.
What made the Bentley-badged Corniche particularly special was its extreme rarity: while over 4,000 Rolls-Royce versions were produced during its initial run, fewer than 600 Bentley Corniche models were ever built across both coupe and convertible configurations, making it a prized collector’s jewel.
When this '71 Bentley arrived at our shop, our team executed a targeted partial restoration, addressing specific structural, body, and finish details to bring out the car's stately presence without stripping away its original character.
Treating the handcrafted Mulliner Park Ward steel and aluminum coachwork with the respect it deserved, we helped restore the high standard of fit, finish, and elegance this ultra-rare Bentley was born with - ensuring a unique piece of motoring royalty returned to the road in pristine condition.
