Custom Build

When the team at Renard Speed Shop set out to build a truly unique city cruiser, they chose the modern BMW R1250 R as their foundation. Built around BMW's 1250cc boxer engine with ShiftCam variable camshaft control and delivering 105lb-ft of torque, the dynamic stock platform offered unmatched thrill and performance. Renard’s vision was to elevate that engineering into an eye-catching, bespoke masterpiece.
Turning that vision into reality meant executing intricate custom fabrication. Designed by Renard's founder - and our good friend - Andres Uibomäe, the motorcycle featured bold, sculpted lines that demanded exceptionally complex panelwork.
Our workshop took on the challenge of bringing Andres’ design to life, crafting the complex body panels and custom components. The fuel tank and main bodywork were meticulously handcrafted from raw aluminum to achieve the aggressive, seamless contours envisioned for the build.
Every detail on the R1250 R Reimagined balances traditional hand-craftsmanship with modern manufacturing:
Renard Speed Shop operates as a boutique workshop right here in Tallinn, Estonia, driven by the vision of Andres Uibomäe. Collaborated on locally and built to stand out on a global stage, the Renard BMW R1250 R Reimagined is a testament to what happens when innovative design and expert metal shaping align.
